Behold: The first ever adapter that allows you to use 1911 magazines in a standard, unmodified AR-15 lower receiver.
By taking the radical approach of modifying the magazine to the rifle, our design yields a product that has no moving parts, permits the seamless use of the AR platform’s stock controls, is easy to install, hard to kill, and best of all: It’s easy on the wallet.
Each Model 19-15 Magazine Adapter consists of a precision CNC-Machined Nylon 66 clamshell, two screws, and a fixed stainless ejector.

The Model 19-15 Magazine Adapter has an integral ejector. The chambered round must be ejected before removing the adapted magazine.

1911s come in many calibers. Make sure your magazines are clearly identified with the caliber being used in that magazine.

Only use a firearm that has been properly configured to use the caliber of the adapted magazine.

Do not modify the Model 19-15 Magazine Adapter in any way.
Safe Unloading Procedure:

Do not remove the adapted magazine. It is needed for ejection of the chambered round.

Set safety selector to “SAFE.”

Lock the bolt in the open position.
-
Make certain that the firearm is clear, unloaded, and pointed in a safe direction.

Verify that both the bolt face and barrel are clear of any ammunition.

Remove the adapted magazine.
