Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, contact us at hello@blindsquirrel.enterprises. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Point of sale returns are not eligible for free return shipping.

We will accept returns of any unused, unworn units in the same condition you received them for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Bundled items (including adapter 3-packs) must be returned as a complete package. In these instances, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged in shipping or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and remedy these issues as soon as possible.

In the unlikely event that a BSE product is experiencing unit-based issues or has some form of manufacturer defect, is out of spec, etc., we will accept a customer return with full refund, and issue a return shipping label free of charge.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
