Model 19-15 Magazine Adapter Safety Information

READ THIS ENTIRE DOCUMENT BEFORE USE OF MODEL 19-15 MAGAZINE ADAPTER:

The Model 19-15 Magazine Adapter has an integral ejector. The chambered round must be ejected before removing the adapted magazine.

1911s come in many calibers. Make sure your magazines are clearly identified with the caliber being used in that magazine.

Only use a firearm that has been properly configured to use the caliber of the adapted magazine.

Do not modify the Model 19-15 Magazine Adapter in any way.
Safe Unloading Procedure:
-
Do not remove the adapted magazine. It is needed for ejection of the chambered round.

Set safety selector to “SAFE.”
-
Lock the bolt in the open position.
-
Make certain that the firearm is clear, unloaded, and pointed in a safe direction.
-
Verify that both the bolt face and barrel are clear of any ammunition.

Remove the adapted magazine.
